Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, solo awards and recognition for Icelandic songwriting, as well as the People's Band, which is selected by the audience by telephone voting.
The prizes awarded for the 2023 Music Experiments are outstanding. We are extremely thankful for the support shown by music stores, recording studios, and companies in the music industry which donate great prizes. Without their support, the Music Experiments would not be the same cornerstone of the Icelandic music scene it is today.
