This year&apos;s Hotbox group is a magnificent collection of young and emerging musicians, proof that the future is indeed bright for Icelandic music!<\/p>\n\n<p>The aim of The Hotbox is to empower young musicians taking their first steps in the music industry through lectures, panel discussions, and hands-on projects.<\/p>\n\n<p>Participants receive assistance with marketing, promotion, creating promo packs, guidance in financial management of a music project, solving technical issues with professionals, and more.
